  1. Requirements for heat dissipation fins

  Appearance and raw materials: If the sealing requirements for the finished product are not high, direct convection can occur with the external air environment. It is recommended to use aluminum or copper heat dissipation fins with fins.

  2. Useful heat dissipation area:

  The required heat dissipation area for different power LED beads is different, and the corresponding high power generates more heat, requiring a larger heat dissipation area to ensure that the temperature of the high-power LED bead heat sink does not exceed 60 ℃.

  3. Connection method:

  When connecting the high-power LED bead substrate with the heat sink, please ensure that the two contact surfaces are flat and have excellent contact. To enhance the bonding degree of the two contact surfaces, it is recommended to apply a layer of thermal conductive silicone grease to the bottom of the LED bead substrate or the surface of the heat sink. The thermal conductive silicone grease should be evenly and appropriately applied.
