1. Lamp aging method
The aging of lamps is carried out in an environment without forced ventilation and with a temperature controlled between 20 ℃ and 30 ℃. The lamps are installed in their normal posture, and the power supply is connected according to the nominal rated voltage or the maximum voltage within the nominal applicable voltage range of the lamps. The lamps operate at full power. During the aging process, the lamp should be turned off at least twice every 24 hours, with a shutdown time of 25-35 minutes and an interval of at least 30 minutes. The number of samples shall not be less than 3. During the test, the lamps must not exhibit any malfunction or burn out, otherwise they will not be qualified.
2. Methods for Measuring and Calculating Light Decay and Lifetime
Using the illuminance method instead of the luminous flux method, measure the horizontal illuminance value at the center point 2 meters below the height of the lamp and at a point 1 meter away from the axis along the road direction. Measure a total of 5 points, compare them with the initial values of each point, and obtain the average maintenance rate value of the 5 points. Measure the average maintenance rate value every 336 hours between 2000-5000 hours; If the lamp still meets the requirements at 5000h, the illuminance values at each point at 2000h are used as the initial illuminance values. The measured illuminance values at every 336h interval are compared with the corresponding initial illuminance values at 2000h to obtain the average maintenance rate. The average maintenance rate of the above 10 points is used to fit and calculate the service life of the lamp when the average maintenance rate is 75%. Adding 5000h is the service life of the lamp. Select one of the street lamps and use the photometric distribution test method to measure the luminous flux at 0-2000h, and calculate the 2000h luminous flux maintenance rate as the calibration value. When measuring illuminance, the ambient temperature should be controlled at 25 ℃± 1 ℃ and stabilized for more than 3 hours.
