The thermal expansion and cold contraction of materials can generate stress. For LED beads, the thermal expansion coefficient varies depending on the material used. But it may not necessarily be harmful. Only when the difference in expansion coefficients is too large and the process conditions are not suitable, will significant stress be left behind. In severe cases, it can crush the chip, causing damage to the chip, causing electrical leakage, causing some chips to open and not light up, or causing cracks in some chips.
