Currently, commonly used blue light chips are silicon carbide and sapphire, with a single electrode structure designed for good thermal conductivity, while sapphire generally uses dual electrodes, which makes it difficult to dissipate heat and has poor thermal conductivity; The second is that the material of the chip is the same, but the size is different, and the difference between the two is also different.

  2、 The effect of phosphors on the attenuation of white LED beads.

  There are many methods to achieve white LED beads, and the most widely used one is to coat a layer of yellow fluorescent powder on the chip of blue LED, mixing blue and yellow light to form white light. Therefore, the influence of fluorescent powder material on the attenuation of white LED is very significant. The most mainstream fluorescent powders on the market are YAG yttrium aluminum garnet fluorescent powder, silicate fluorescent powder, and nitride fluorescent powder. Compared with blue LED chips, they have the effect of accelerating the aging of white LED. The degree of influence of fluorescent powders from different manufacturers on light aging is also different, which is closely related to the raw material composition of fluorescent powders.

  3、 The effect of solid crystal adhesive on the attenuation of LED white light beads.

  At present, the solid crystal adhesives used for white LED bead packaging mainly include epoxy resin insulation adhesive, silicone, silver adhesive, etc. These three methods each have their own advantages and disadvantages, and should be comprehensively considered when selecting. Epoxy resin insulation adhesive has poor thermal conductivity, but has high thermal conductivity; The thermal conductivity of silicone insulation adhesive is slightly better than that of epoxy resin, but due to a certain proportion of silicon component, silicone resin and epoxy resin in fluorescent adhesive are bonded together, resulting in interlayer phenomenon. After cold and hot impact, it will peel off, leading to the death of the light bulb; The thermal conductivity of silver glue is better than the first two, which can extend the service life of LED chips. However, silver glue has a greater absorption of light, resulting in a lower absorption rate. When silver glue is used to fix bipolar blue light wafers, the control of glue amount is also very strict, otherwise it is easy to produce photosensitivity and directly affect the quality of the product.

  4、 The effect of brackets on the attenuation of white LED beads.

  There are two main types of LED brackets: copper and iron. Copper bracket has good thermal conductivity and high price. Compared to iron brackets, they have poor thermal conductivity and impact resistance, are prone to rusting, but are cheaper in price.
