1. Why is it called "mixed-color full-color" led display technology instead of pixel decomposition technology?
The full-color LED display technology is essentially different from the pixel decomposition technology in the arrangement and control principle of the light emitting body. The pixel decomposition technology uses the LED multiplexing technology. The same LED light emitting tube and the adjacent LED light emitting tubes are combined four times (up, down, left and right) to get the data information to be displayed; In this design, at least one color of the illuminant is used as the indicator point of the primary color of the display, and the other color of the illuminant is mixed with the primary color of the illuminant, and the mixed color image can be generated.
2. The traditional module luminous holes generally use round holes. Why does the mixed-color full-color display screen use square holes?
On the one hand, the display effect of the square hole module is better than that of the Hekong module, on the other hand, it also meets the color mixing requirements of the color mixing full-color module.
3. What are the advantages of this product compared with the traditional full-color display screen?
The traditional full-color display screen has red, green and blue light emitting bodies in each light emitting hole, which is the ideal state of LED display screen design. Due to the photothermal effect and electrothermal effect of LED light emitting tubes, their heat output is generally very large, so in the design of full-color LED modules, the point spacing can not be designed too small. Now, the market is relatively mature φ 5.0 full-color module, with very small display points per unit area (17200 points per square meter), and poor display effect. On the other hand, because the cost of blue LED is more than ten times that of red and grass green LED, the price is unacceptable to ordinary customers.
The unique arrangement of LED light emitting elements in the color mixing module makes the display point spacing very small. For example, the S35, S40, S45, and SA56 series color mixing modules that we now launch have display point densities of 52245 points/㎡, 40000 points/㎡, and 20408 points/㎡ respectively, so that the display screen less than three square meters can play the complete video signal. In terms of video display effect, The effect of mixed-color full-color LED display screen is much better than that of traditional full-color LED, which you will see in the actual demonstration.
