The meaning of full-color LED display screen resolution is similar to that of computer and mobile phone screens, referring to the number of pixels in length and width of LED display screens. For LED display screens, pixel is the smallest luminous unit, and one pixel is also a LED bead.
The resolution of a full-color LED display screen is not fixed, it is related to two factors. One is the length and width size of the LED display screen, and the resolution and total number of pixels of LED displays with different length and width areas are definitely different; The other is the pixel spacing of LED display screens, also known as point spacing, which is generally represented by the letter p. For example, a p2.5 LED display screen means an LED display screen with a pixel spacing of 2.5mm.
The pixel resolution of a p2.5 full-color LED display screen is easy to calculate. Assuming a p2.5 full-color LED display screen is 8 meters wide and 4 meters high, its resolution is (8000/2.5) × (4000/2.5), i.e. 3200 × 16005120000 pixels.
The higher the resolution of an LED display screen, the more content it can display, and the clearer and more delicate the image. Of course, the higher the resolution, the better.
