With the rapid development of LED electronic displays, electronic displays are everywhere, whether in outdoor plazas, conference displays, security monitoring, schools, stations, shopping malls, transportation and many other occasions. However, with the current popularity and application of displays, LED screens often fail to load content in the process of use, which may also lead to black screen when using displays. What if the LED electronic display cannot be loaded?
1. Check that the serial cable used to connect to the controller is a straight through cable, not a crossover cable.
2. Make sure that the control system hardware is properly powered on. If the power is not turned on, it must be turned on as soon as possible.
3. Check and make sure that the serial port cable of the electronic display is intact and both ends are not loose or dropped.
4. Select the correct product model, correct transmission mode, correct serial port number and correct serial transmission rate by referring to the LED display control software and the control card selected by yourself, and correctly set the address bit and serial transmission rate on the control system hardware by referring to the dial switch diagram provided in the software.
5. Compare the control software of the electronic screen with the control card you selected to select the correct product model, correct transmission method, serial port number, and correct serial transmission rate.
6. If it still fails to load after the above inspection and correction, please use a multimeter to measure whether the serial port of the connected computer or control system hardware is damaged. To confirm whether it should be returned to the computer manufacturer or the control system hardware should be returned for testing.
