If the indoor LED display screen is wrapped with aluminum plastic plate, the cost is certainly cheap, but the steps are much more troublesome than stainless steel wrapping. The key is that from the design and aesthetic point of view, it is relatively low. With titanium stainless steel edging, the high-end atmosphere can also highlight the overall beauty of the display. We use titanium stainless steel to wrap the edges. We can first find a local manufacturer to make the steel structure design drawings provided, but we need to pay attention to the following points:
1. The amount of all works shall be calculated according to the drawings. For small size screens, the materials formed at one time must ensure the margin of the net size, which is generally controlled within 0.5cm. If the size of the display screen is relatively large, an allowance of 5~10cm can be calculated for the length of the material, and the splicing part of the binding is directly embedded at the bottom in a cross manner. This is an advantage to ensure the accuracy of the margin of the net size.
2. The size of curling (stainless steel folding) shall be calculated according to the actual thickness of the display screen. If the manufacturer has conditions, it is better to punch out the shutters at the top and bottom so that the display screen can dissipate heat inside.
3. The corner part of the edging should be prepared at the manufacturer's place, and only splicing is required at the construction site.
4. If the display screen steel structure protrudes from the wall, and there is no supporting part at the bottom and needs post maintenance, it is better to add a padded angle steel or other materials at the bottom of the structure to prevent maintenance personnel from accidentally stepping on it and deforming the stainless steel wrapping.
