Performance is mainly reflected in three aspects: brightness, screen display effect, and service life.
1. Brightness
When the spacing between the two products is the same, the brightness of the inline LED display screen is generally higher than that of the surface mount type.
2. Screen display
The direct insertion of lamp beads on the module results in an uneven surface, coupled with its full luminous surface characteristics. Therefore, when lit, the display effect of the direct insertion LED display screen is not as smooth and soft as that of the surface mounted LED display screen.
3. Service life
Direct insertion bead lamp chips are generally larger than surface mount bead lamp chips, and their packaging is more complete and unified (direct insertion bead is a unified curved surface, while surface mount bead is a cube with 6 faces). In practical performance, inline LED displays have a longer lifespan than surface mounted LED displays, and correspondingly, their prices are also more expensive.
