　　1: Protection 50mm diameter and larger solid exosomes

　　2: Protection against 12.5mm diameter and larger solid exosomes

　　3: Protection against 2.5mm diameter and larger solid exosomes

　　4: Protection against 1.0mm diameter and larger solid exosomes

　　5: Prevent harmful dust accumulation (it is impossible to completely prevent dust from entering, but the amount of dust entering will not cause harm to the equipment)

　　6: completely prevent dust from entering (20 mbar low pressure inside the cabinet should not enter the dust)

　　Y represents the meaning of the numeric code

　　0: no protection
