  LCD splicing screens are different from LCD TVs. LCD splicing screens have rich functional characteristics, can be used for a long time 24 hours, and have a wide range of applications. Therefore, LCD splicing screens can be seen everywhere now. Because the splicing seams of LCD splicing screens are extremely narrow, they are easily overlooked by many people during the installation process, resulting in maintenance and shortened lifespan of later projects. So how to install and assemble LCD splicing screens?

  Firstly, confirm the fixing method of the LCD splicing screen, whether to use a floor bracket, cabinet, or wall mounted, and measure the distance from the bracket to the back wall (at least one person's repair space can be accommodated behind). The bracket must be sturdy, and the load-bearing capacity should be determined based on the size and quantity of the LCD splicing screen. Generally, it is 1.5 times the weight of the screen, ensuring stability in all directions.

  After the bracket is installed, start installing the screen. The installation sequence of the screen is from left to right and from bottom to top. Adjust the gap between the screens to ensure horizontal and vertical alignment. After the screen is installed, the wiring is done. Generally, Ethernet cables are used as control lines between spliced screens. Each screen is connected in series with Ethernet cables, and the first screen's Ethernet cable should be connected to the serial port on the computer to control the entire large screen.

  Connection of signal cables: Each screen needs to be plugged in with a signal cable. Nowadays, HDMI high-definition cables are commonly used, and the signal cables on the screen are connected to distributors, matrices, or multi screen processors, so that each screen can display images. After the screen is powered on, it can be debugged. Each screen displays an address code through the computer serial port, assigns the position of the screen, and sends commands to it. The screen debugging is considered complete.
