LED display screens are composed of millions or tens of millions of LED pixels. Due to the discreteness of the light-emitting devices themselves, the display screen produces uneven brightness, which seriously affects the display effect. Therefore, many display screen manufacturers adopt different methods to improve uniformity.
1. LED light emitting tube screening method
In order to overcome the discreteness of LED light emitting tubes, early screening methods were used to control the brightness and color differences of LED light emitting tubes within a range that the human eye can tolerate. This method resulted in a doubling of the device cost of LED display screens, and the display effect was not ideal.
2. Consistency correction technology
By accurately controlling the three primary color LED of pixels, the brightness of pixels and the color matching relationship of the three primary colors are controlled to ensure that the brightness and chromaticity of all pixels in the display screen are consistent. This technology can completely solve the problem of uneven brightness and chromaticity in LED displays, resulting in a qualitative leap in the display effect of the display screen.
