In recent years, some domestic manufacturers, represented by Shenzhen Abison Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., have actively explored the international market. With continuous technological innovation and practice, the product performance is stable, the quality level is high, and the cost-effectiveness advantage is obvious compared to international manufacturers such as Dake. The growth rate is fast, gradually occupying a certain international market share.
At present, the concentration of the domestic LED display screen industry is not high. There are over 1000 enterprises engaged in the production of LED display application products, and over 3000 enterprises engaged in supporting services for LED display application products. However, the vast majority of enterprises are small-scale and mainly produce small-scale, low-cost display products, such as storefront screens, strip screens, etc. The phenomenon of product homogenization is severe, the added value of technology and services is low, and market competition is fierce. Most high-end products are LED full color displays with high value and relatively complex processes, which have high requirements for enterprise research and development design, production, and technical support.
Influential brand enterprises in the industry have grown rapidly. According to the LED Display Application Branch of the China Optoelectronics Association, in 2010, there were 16 LED display screen manufacturers in China with annual sales revenue exceeding 200 million yuan, and the scale effect is becoming increasingly evident. In the process of gradually increasing industrial concentration, the market competition for domestic LED full color display screens is also becoming increasingly orderly. From relying solely on price competition in the past to focusing on providing high-quality products and services to customers, customers have a high acceptance of products sold by enterprises with high cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, innovative sales models, and thoughtful services, Enterprises with strong technological and financial strength in the industry are in an advantageous position in market competition.
From the perspective of industrial layout, the characteristics of China's LED display screen industry cluster are relatively obvious, mainly concentrated in East China and South China. Due to the early development of LED related industries and mature supporting industries in these two regions, the industrial pattern of LED display screen industry mainly in South China and East China will not change in the short term.
