Firstly, determine if the control card is good. First, turn on the power and check if the indicator light of the control card is on. If it is not on, check if there is 5V power supply and if the display screen can display the content. If it can display the content, it indicates that the display function of the control card is good; Then you use the control card software to search for the control card. If it can be found, it indicates that the sending function of the control card is normal. If it cannot be found, first check if the communication cable is connected properly. If it is connected properly, there may be a problem with the card.
Summary: If the indicator light of the control card is on normally, the software of the control card can find the control card, and there is no problem with the wiring connection, it indicates that the control card is good. Otherwise, it needs to be replaced.
Secondly; Check if the power supply is normal. If the power supply is broken, it will directly cause several boards in the link to not light up together or not work properly or flicker abnormally. In general, one power supply can operate 4-8 boards. If there is an abnormality in the adjacent 4-8 boards, then it should be considered that there may be an abnormality in the power supply. If there is an abnormality in the power supply, the output voltage can be measured between 4.9 and 5.5V through the DC voltage range of the multimeter. If so, the power supply needs to be replaced.
