1. Check whether the power supply power supply is connected to the signal line.
2. Check whether the test card uses the recognition interface. The tested card red light flash is not recognized. Check whether the lamp board is the same as the test card, or the lamp interface has a signal and the short circuit of the ground to cause the interface to be unable to recognize. (Smart test card)
3. Detection 74HC245 There is a short circuit of welding, and the corresponding enable (EN) signal input and output foot on the 245 is virtually welded or short -circuited to other lines.
Note: Mainly check the power supply and enable (EN) signal.

3. Detect whether the signals of each A, B, C, and D are short -circuit or a signal and a short circuit.
