  The latest technological developments in LED backlighting and competitive investments in the television industry have not only expanded the existing LED related product supply chain capabilities, but also enhanced the overall LED ecosystem. These advances have been supported by traditional LED display panel manufacturers, especially in China, as the LED supply chain has been fully established as a global LED supply center in terms of cost, scale, and efficiency. Another noteworthy trend in the LED industry is that as product stability and marketability in various scenarios improve, pixel spacing is noticeably decreasing.

  Just a few years ago, compared to other technologies, LCD splicing walls were widely used in the command and control room market due to their price advantage, high image quality, and ease of assembly. However, even with the development of PID panels with a minimum seam of 0.88mm, they still cannot overcome the bottleneck of physical gaps and product iteration. In the past two years, despite their high prices, LED displays with a dot pitch of 1.5mm and 1.2mm have gradually begun to receive attention, as LED displays are the only products that can achieve no physical seams, thus forming a substitute for LCD splicing wall products. At present, LED displays with a dot pitch of 1.2mm are becoming increasingly common in command and control rooms, and products with a dot pitch of 0.9mm are also rapidly emerging.
