  1. Flatness

  The surface flatness of the LED full color screen should be within ± 1mm to ensure that the displayed image does not distort. Local protrusions or indentations may cause blind spots in the viewing angle of the display screen. The gap between the box and the module should be within 1mm.

  2. Brightness

  The brightness of indoor LED full color screens should be above 800cd/m2, and outdoor full color screens should be above 5000cd/m2 to ensure the normal operation of the display screen. Otherwise, the displayed image may not be clear due to low brightness. The brightness of the display screen is not necessarily better, it should match the brightness of the LED packaging.

  3. Visual angle

  The visual angle should be above 150 degrees. The size of the viewing angle is mainly determined by the packaging method of the tube core.

  4. White balance effect

  The white balance effect is one of the most important indicators of a display screen.

  5. Color restoration

  The color reproduction refers to the display screen's ability to reproduce colors, which means that the colors displayed on the display screen must be highly consistent with the colors of the playback source in order to ensure the authenticity of the image.

  6. Is there any mosaic or dead center phenomenon

  Mosaic refers to the small four squares that appear on LED full color screens, which are often bright or dark. This is the phenomenon of module necrosis, mainly due to the poor quality of the IC or connectors used in the display screen. Dead spots refer to individual dots that appear on a display screen that are constantly bright or dark. The number of dead spots is mainly determined by the quality of the chip and whether the manufacturer's anti-static measures are complete.

  7. Whether there are color blocks

  Color block refers to the significant color difference between adjacent modules, and the color transition is measured by modules. The main cause of color block phenomenon is poor control system, low grayscale level, and low scanning frequency.
