1、 Install the lower layer first, then the upper layer
In actual installation, LCD splicing screens usually have multiple rows. Based on our years of on-site construction experience, it is recommended to first install the bottom layer and then install it upwards in sequence. The purpose of this operation is to facilitate operation during the installation of the last layer and reduce the difficulty of installation.
2、 Adjust the stitching appropriately
After fixing the screen on the bracket, it is necessary to adjust the stitching of the LCD splicing screen. The rule here is that the stitching should not be too large, but it should not be too tight. If the stitching is too large, it will greatly affect the viewing effect. If it is too tight, it is easy to cause mutual compression between the screens. Generally, after adjustment, it is advisable to smoothly pass through an A4 paper.
3、 Separate wiring
Network cables, power cables, and HDMI signal cables are the most commonly used auxiliary materials. In order to avoid static electricity, it is best to separate the cables and reduce their impact on each other. If the cables are too long, they should be fixed with zip ties.
