Among them, the pre process is mainly based on photolithography and evaporation plating technology; The post processing mainly focuses on packaging and cutting techniques. Although the advanced OLED technology is mastered by Samsung and LG manufacturers, many Chinese manufacturers are also constantly strengthening their research on OLED screens, including CSOT, BOE Technology, Tianma Technology, etc., which are constantly increasing their investment in OLED, and OLED products have also been applied to products. Although there is a big gap compared with international giants, they have also reached the usable level.
The specific process is:
(1) Pre treatment of indium tin oxide (ITO) substrate, including increasing ITO surface smoothness and ITO work function;
