  (1) The reflective cover type Nixie tube is generally made of white plastic into a seven segment shell with a reflective cavity, and a single LED is pasted on the printed circuit board opposite to the seven reflective cavities of the reflector. The air sealing method involves covering the top with a filter and a uniform light film. To improve the reliability of the device, transparent insulation adhesive must be applied to the chip and substrate, which can also improve optical efficiency. This method is generally used for displaying four or more digits (or symbols).

  (2) The bar type seven segment Nixie tube belongs to the hybrid packaging form. It is to divide the Gallium phosphide or Gallium phosphide wafer with tube core into one or several LED light-emitting strips, then stick the same seven strips on the Japanese "Kovar" frame, connect the inner leads with pressure welding process, and then wrap them with epoxy resin.

  (3) A single chip integrated multi bit digital display is a device that uses integrated circuit technology to produce a large number of seven segment digital display graphics on a luminescent material substrate (large circular plate). Qualified chips are selected through scribing, and aligned onto a printed circuit board. Leads are led out using pressure welding technology, and a "fisheye lens" shell is covered on the upper surface. They are suitable for small digital instruments.

  (4) The production method of symbol tube and meter tube is similar to that of Nixie tube.

  (5) Matrix tubes (light emitting diode lattice) can also be produced using a process similar to that of a single chip integrated multi bit digital display.
