LED crystal fixing machine is a professional model for fixing LED products. It is controlled by a computer and equipped with a CCD image sensing system. The CCD system first scans to determine the correct path, then enters the set programming program, and easily presses the button to achieve the entire workflow: first, fix the product that needs to be fixed on the fixture, apply red glue, absorb the LED through the suction nozzle, and then fix the LED on the product. It should be noted that the solidified product is best cured within 1 to 2 hours.
The feeding mechanism transports the PCB board to the working position on the fixture. The dispensing mechanism first dispenses glue to the position where the PCB needs to be bonded to the chip. Then, the bonding arm moves from the origin position to the suction chip position, and the chip is placed on the expander chip disk supported by the film. After the bonding arm is in place, the suction nozzle moves downwards and upwards to lift the chip. After picking up the chip, the bonding arm returns to the origin position (leakage detection position), The bonding arm then moves from the origin position to the bonding position, and after the nozzle is lowered to bond the chip, the bonding arm returns to the origin position again, which is a complete bonding process. After a beat is completed, machine vision detects the data of the next position of the chip and transmits the data to the chip disk motor. The motor travels the corresponding distance to move the next chip to the aligned pick up chip position. The bonding position of the PCB board is also the same process, until all the bonding positions on the PCB board are bonded to the chip, and then the conveyor mechanism moves the PCB board from the workbench and installs a new PCB board to start a new work cycle
