  The LED display screen is widely used in our daily life and is becoming more and more common. But in the process of our daily use of the LED display screen, you may encounter various kinds of failures of the large LED screen screen. People who do not know much about the operation of the LED display screen may be troubled by this. Here are some introductions about these aspects:

  1. Interface problems. Phenomenon: the computer information cannot be displayed, check the cable

  2. Power supply problem. LED display uses low voltage and high current power supply, which is not different from ordinary DC power supply

  3. Driving problem. Each row or column is not displayed, that is, the corresponding driver circuit (chip) is faulty, just replace it

  4. Display the problem. Long term use of LED display screen may cause damage and aging. Repair and replace it.

  Output problems

  1. Check whether the circuit from the output interface to the signal output IC is connected or short circuited. 2. Check whether the clock latch signal of the output port is normal. 3. Detect whether the cascade output data port between the last drive IC is connected to the data port of the output interface or short circuited. 4. Whether the output signals are short circuited to each other or to the ground. 5. Check whether the output flat cable is in good condition. 2. One line or several lines are not lit when it is fully lit. 1. Check whether the line between 138 and 4953 is open circuit, faulty soldering or short circuit.

  The whole board is not lit

  1. Check whether the power supply is connected to the signal line. 2. Check whether the test card can identify the interface. If the red light of the test card flashes, it will not identify the interface. Check whether the light board and the test card have the same power supply and ground, or whether the light board interface has a signal short circuit with the ground, resulting in the failure to identify the interface. (Intelligent test card) 3. Check whether 74HC245 has faulty soldering or short circuit, and whether the corresponding enable (EN) signal input/output pin on 245 has faulty soldering or short circuit to other lines. Note: mainly check the power supply and enable (EN) signal
