Selection of solar cell modules
Design requirements: In the Sanmenxia area, the load input voltage is 24V, the power consumption is 34.5W, and the daily working hours are 8.5h, ensuring a continuous rainy and rainy day of 7 days.
The annual average radiation amount in the Sanmenxia area in the past two decades is 107.7 Kcal/cm2, and after simple calculation, the peak sunshine hours in the Changsha area are about 3.424 hours;

The minimum total power of photosynthetic solar modules=17.2 × 5.9=102W
Choosing a standard battery module with a peak output power of 110Wp and a single 55Wp should ensure the normal operation of the street light system in most cases of the year.
