I Current usage:
(1) Due to the characteristics of indoor LED display screens, the current rapidly increases with a slight increase in voltage
(2) Excessive current can cause LED lights to burn out or decrease brightness
(3) When using, a resistor should be added in series with the LED light to limit the current
(4) Indoor LED display screens should operate under the same current conditions, and it is generally recommended to have a current of 15-19mA for LED
II Brightness testing and product usage instructions:
(1) When detecting and using LEDs, it is necessary to provide the same current, i.e. constant current detection, for each LED to ensure consistent detection brightness. It is best not to exceed 20mA, and it is best to use a current of 15-19mA.
(2) When using products with light and color separation, please classify and use them in the order of BIN numbers. Different BIN LED numbers cannot be mixed in the same product to avoid differences in color, brightness, and voltage. If you want to use mixed BIN numbers, adjacent BIN numbers can be placed together, but try to avoid it as much as possible.
III Antistatic precautions
(1) All equipment and instruments that come into contact with indoor LED display screens must be well grounded, and specially welded soldering irons and tin furnaces must be well grounded.
(2) Operators must wear grounded anti-static wrists, anti-static shoes, and anti-static clothing.
(3) Anti static wrists must be tested daily, and those that fail must be replaced.
(4) If the LED is damaged by static electricity, it will display some negative characteristics: an increase in leakage current, a decrease or increase in static forward voltage, failure to light up or abnormal luminescence under low current testing.
IV Welding conditions for indoor LED display screens:
(1) Soldering iron welding: The tip temperature of the soldering iron (up to 30W) shall not exceed 300 ℃; Welding time shall not exceed 3 seconds; Welding time shall not exceed 3 seconds; The welding position should be at least 3 millimeters away from the colloid.
(2) Immersion welding: The maximum temperature for immersion welding is 260 ℃; The immersion welding time shall not exceed 5 seconds; The immersion welding position should be at least 2 millimeters away from the colloid.
