1. Box correction
The box school is a kind of correction of the production line. It requires full -color LED display manufacturers to add this link to the production of the assembly line. In order to ensure that the correction process of all boxes is carried out under the influence of external environmental conditions, the goals of its brightness and color consistency are achieved. The dark room is required to be completely sealed, and the temperature and humidity are constant. In the position of the box and correction instrument, the box must be placed on the base to avoid the effect of the ground reflection.
2. On -site correction
On -site correction technology can choose the right viewing location for correction to ensure that the LED display has achieved satisfactory display effects in the on -site application environment. However, the complex and changeable on -site environment and off -site technical support is a problem that restricts on -site correction. In particular, the cost and difficulty of some foreign orders on site correction are relatively large.
Due to the discreteness, attenuation, and the discrete nature of the circuit component of the LED display, the LED full -color display has the phenomenon of inconsistent brightness and the inconsistency of the color, which seriously affects the display quality. In order to overcome the brightness of the LED display and the non -uniformity of the chroma, the correction technology came into being, and it develops rapidly.
