　　1. Inspection classification

　　Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

　　2. Factory inspection

　　2.1 Each lamp should pass the inspection by the inspection department and issue a certificate of conformity before leaving the factory.

　　2.2 Factory inspection items are shown in Table 2; For items that fail the sampling inspection, double sampling should be conducted for inspection. Only after passing the re inspection can they be repackaged and delivered to the receiving party. If the re inspection fails, the batch of products is considered unqualified; If other items are found to be unqualified, they should be repaired and inspected to be qualified before leaving the factory.

　　3. Type inspection

　　3.1 Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following situations:

　　a) Trial production, finalization and identification of new or old products for factory production;

　　b) After formal production, if there are significant changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance;

　　c) When the product is discontinued for more than half a year and production resumes;

　　d) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the previous type inspection;

　　e) When the national quality supervision agency requests type inspection.
