The pixel out of control rate refers to the proportion of the minimum imaging unit (pixel) of the display screen (pixel). There are two modes of pixels out of control: one is blind spots, that is, blind spots, it is not bright when it needs to be on, it is called blind point; the second is the constant highlight, but it is always on when it is not bright. It is called a constant highlight. In addition, in order to avoid out of control pixels concentrated in a certain area, we propose the "regional pixel out of control rate", that is, the ratio of the total number of pixels to the total number of regional pixels (that is, 10000) in the 100 × 100 pixel region. This indicator has quantified the requirements of the "out of control pixels in the LED Display Common Specifications" SJ/T11141-2003, which requires quantification, which is convenient and intuitive.

At present, the domestic LED display will be aged (baked) before the factory is exported. The LED lights that are out of control pixels will be repaired and replaced. There is no problem within 3/104. Even some individual manufacturers' corporate standards require that out of control pixels before they leave the factory, but this will inevitably increase the manufacturing and maintenance costs of manufacturers and extend shipments. In different applications, the actual requirements of the pixel out of control can be largely different. Generally speaking, the LED display is used for video playback. The indicator requirements are acceptable within 1/104 and can be achieved; it can also be achieved; If it is used for simple character information, the indicator requires control within 12/104.
