1、 Tripping caused by unreasonable layout of leakage protector. Due to the particularity of the installation site of full-color LED display screen, such as wiring error, line damage, damage to the leakage protector in the switch box, failure of some electrical appliances to pass through the switch box and other reasons, as well as the inevitable maloperation and refusal of the leakage protector itself, combined with the failure to arrange the leakage protector according to the actual power consumption, the general leakage protector frequently trips.
2、 The LED display does not form an effective secondary or tertiary leakage protection within the protection range. The last level leakage protector in the switch box is the main protection of electrical equipment. If the last level leakage protector is not installed, damaged or improperly selected, it may lead to frequent tripping of the upper level leakage protector. Because there are many metal conductors and many wire joints in the full-color LED display screen, if the wire insulation is not very good, it will lead to frequent leakage; Some have also added some sockets, which are often not equipped with leakage protectors, often causing leakage. Only by forming an effective secondary or tertiary leakage protection mode within each protection range can the frequent tripping of the leakage protector be effectively reduced.
3、 The leakage protector of LED display screen itself has certain limitations. Current leakage protectors, whether electromagnetic or electronic, use magnetic induction voltage transformers to pick up the leakage current in the main circuit of electrical equipment. It is impossible to arrange three-phase or three-phase four wire in the magnetic ring in a fully balanced manner. The three-phase power load of full-color LED display cannot be completely balanced. Under high current or high over-voltage, a certain electromotive force will be induced in the magnetic ring with high magnetic permeability. If the electromotive force is large enough, the leakage protector will trip. As the leakage protector with higher rated current uses a relatively large magnetic ring, the leakage flux generated is also relatively large, and the leakage current must overcome the magnetic force of the magnetic ring itself, resulting in the higher rated current of the leakage protector actually used, the lower the sensitivity, and the greater the rejection rate.
