However, this structure has very high requirements for the heat dissipation function of the equipment.
Post maintenance: The major advantage of post maintenance is that the price is slightly lower, and it is suitable for installation scenarios such as roof type and column type. The inspection and maintenance are convenient and efficient. For those large LED displays installed on the exterior wall of the building, maintenance channels must be designed so that maintenance personnel can carry out maintenance and overhaul from the back of the screen.
With the rise of small pitch LED, pre maintenance indoor LED display products gradually occupy a dominant position in the market. It means that the magnetic elements and the LED display screen box are fixed by magnetic adsorption. During operation, the suction cup directly contacts the box surface for front maintenance, so that the module structure of the LED screen can be removed from the box to achieve front maintenance of the screen. This pre maintenance method can make the overall structure of the display screen thin and light, integrate with the surrounding building environment, and highlight the indoor visual expression ability.
Compared with post maintenance, the advantages of the front maintenance LED screen mainly lie in saving space, realizing greater utilization of environmental space and reducing the difficulty of post maintenance. The front maintenance mode does not need to reserve a maintenance channel. It supports independent front maintenance and saves the back maintenance space of the display screen. It does not need to disassemble the wire rods, supports rapid maintenance, and is easier and more convenient to disassemble. The front maintenance is a module structure that requires the removal of screws. In case of a single point failure, only one person needs to disassemble and maintain a single LED or pixel. The maintenance efficiency is high and the cost is low. However, due to the indoor high-density characteristics, the structure of such indoor products has high requirements for box heat dissipation, otherwise the display screen is prone to local failures.
