1. From the choice of brand. We should choose a registered enterprise product with a famous brand or trademark with 'R'. The LED lamp beads have a beautiful and glossy appearance, and the product trademark, model, and specification are printed clearly and aesthetically. There should be no deformation, paint peeling, or uneven color.
2. LED lamp beads usually use aluminum as a heat sink, and the larger the contact area between the heat sink and the air, the better. This is beneficial for heat dissipation, stable operation of the entire lamp, low light attenuation, and long service life; Ball bulbs and ceiling spotlights should not have too large ventilation holes to prevent mosquitoes from crawling in during use, affecting the lighting effect or causing unnecessary damage.
3. LED bead bulbs, ceiling spotlights, and track spotlights should not have obvious color temperature errors such as color spots or circles when illuminated on white walls. If such phenomena occur, it indicates that the bead light source is of poor quality.
4. When turning on the LED bead light, there is a time difference between a few tenths of a second and two seconds between powering on and the light emitting, which is a normal phenomenon. Usually, the light is driven by a constant current source with an IC integrated circuit, which has good current and voltage stabilization performance and stable operation.
5. When working, the heat generation of the lamp body should not be too high or uneven. If there is such a phenomenon, it indicates that there is a problem with the design or manufacturing process of the lamp, and the light decay is large and easily damaged.
6. Due to the high brightness of LED beads, it is difficult to determine the brightness of two lamps of the same brand and type under the same conditions by observing and comparing them directly with the eyes. At the same time, this can easily damage the vision of the eyes. Usually, we suggest covering the light source with a piece of white paper and comparing it with the attenuation of the light. This makes it easier to see the brightness difference of the light, and the higher the brightness, the better. In addition, colors with a color temperature closer to sunlight are the best.
