Press the repair area of the LED light bulb tightly against the heating table for about 10 seconds. After the solder paste of the welding beads melts, use tweezers to easily replace the beads. It is important to pay attention to the+- positive and negative directions of the LED beads when replacing them, The trick to prevent similar problems is to compare how adjacent lamp beads are placed when the lamp is not lit when connected in the opposite direction.
Finally, after replacing the lamp beads, move the repair area away from the heating platform for 3-5 seconds. After the LED aluminum substrate or fiberglass board cools down, the solder paste solidifies and actively welds the lamp beads. The heating table is available on both sides, and can be selected and used according to the actual size of the LED light panel.
