Usually, there is no clear boundary after electronic components are damaged by ESD. After installing the components on a PCB, testing can result in many problems, and analysis is also quite difficult. Especially for potential damage, it is difficult to measure significant changes in performance even with precision instruments, so many electronic engineers and designers suspect ESD. In recent years, experiments have confirmed that the reliability of electronic products significantly decreases after a certain period of time due to this potential damage.
