01. The display screen is not working, and the green light on the sending card is flashing (made into a retractable type)
(1) Fault cause: The screen body is not powered; The network cable is not connected properly; The receiving card has no power supply or the power supply voltage is too low; Bad sending card; Connection or malfunction of signal transmission intermediate equipment (such as functional cards, fiber optic transceiver boxes);
(2) Troubleshooting method: Check and confirm that the screen power supply is normal; Check and reconnect the network cable; Ensure that the DC output power supply of the power supply is between 5-5.2V; Replace the sending card; Check the connection or replace the functional card (fiber optic transceiver box);
02. The display screen does not work and the sending card's green light does not flash
(1) Fault cause: DVI or HDMI cable not connected properly; The copy or expansion mode in the graphics card control panel is not set; The software has chosen to turn off the power supply for the large screen; The sending card is not properly inserted or there is a problem with the sending card;
