LED color rendering index is a parameter to measure the color rendering of the light source, which is used to evaluate the ability of the light source to restore the true color of the object.
The higher the color rendering index, the closer the color of the object under the light source is to the color under natural light or standard light source, and the easier it is for the human eye to distinguish the color of the object. The standard color rendering index recommended by the International Lighting Commission is up to 100, the color rendering index of daylight and incandescent lamps is usually 100, the color rendering index of energy-saving lamps is generally 80 to 90, and the color rendering index of LED lamps can vary in the range of 70 to 99. The lower the color rendering index, the more obvious the color distortion of the object under the light source.
