The parameter usage of infrared LED beads and infrared emission diodes, infrared emission tubes (IR LEDs), also known as infrared emission diodes, belong to the LED diode category. It is a light-emitting device that can directly convert electrical energy into near-infrared light (invisible light) and emit it, mainly used in various photoelectric switches, touch screens, and remote control transmission circuits. The structure and principle of infrared emission tubes are similar to ordinary light-emitting diodes, except that they use different semiconductor chip materials. Infrared light-emitting diodes typically use materials such as gallium arsenide (GaAs) and gallium arsenide aluminum (GaAlAs), and are packaged in fully transparent or light blue, black optical grade resin.
